1. Domain Name Registrations
All domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or transferred, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason, as domain registries do not allow reversals.
Please ensure that the domain name you are purchasing is correct before completing your order.
2. Hosting Services
We offer a 3-day refund window for hosting services only.
- If you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a service cancellation and refund within 3 days of purchase.
- Refund requests submitted after 3 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.
- The refund applies only to hosting service fees and does not include domains, add-ons, setup fees, or third-party services.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our support team by opening a support ticket through the client area within the eligible refund period.
Please include the following details in your support ticket:
- Order number or invoice ID
- The service you wish to cancel
- Reason for the refund request (optional)
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Abuse & Policy Violations
Refunds will not be issued if a service has been suspended or terminated due to:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Illegal activities
- Abuse, fraud, or misuse of services
5. Changes to This Policy
SkyGridHost reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
